Introductory Session
A “Get to Know You” session designed to help you decide if there’s a good fit.
Coaching Format
All coaching engagements take on a unique format with cadence and duration. However, there are some common patterns:
Most coaching sessions are virtual
Duration can range between three to six months in length
Sessions can range from 15 -45 minutes, typically bi-monthly
Depending on objectives, session may be more or less frequent.
Sponsor Engagement
Three-way conversation with the coaching sponsor, you, and myself in order to clarify coaching objectives. (optional)
Stakeholder Assessment
Interview format with self-identified individuals for 360 feedback (optional).
NOTE: Having deaf siblings, I'm fluent in Signed English. I welcome deaf and/or hard of hearing clients.
Self-Assessment Tools
To further clarify your style and strengths, we can leverage several tools, i.e.; DiSC, Discovery 360, Team Management Systems (optional).
